Hành Trình 1-1: Xúc Động – Hiệu Qủa – Ấn Tượng
Ba từ khoá “xúc động – hiệu quả – ấn tượng” có lẽ đã vang lên nhiều lần nhất trong suốt hành trình cố vấn đồng hành 1-1 giữa các cố vấn và nữ doanh nhân tại Lào Cai và Sơn La – một phần trong tiểu dự án “Thúc đẩy kinh doanh và lãnh đạo cho doanh nhân nữ”.
Từ những buổi gặp đầu còn bỡ ngỡ, đến những phiên làm việc sâu sắc – thẳng thắn – chân thành, mỗi cuộc trò chuyện đã trở thành một bước tiến nhỏ nhưng vững vàng trên hành trình phát triển năng lực kinh doanh và lãnh đạo của các nữ doanh nhân vùng cao.
Buổi tổng kết vừa qua là điểm chạm đầy cảm xúc:
– Những câu chuyện thực được kể lại.
– Những bài học được đúc kết.
– Và rất nhiều tiếng “ồ” bật lên – khi sự thay đổi trở nên rõ ràng và truyền cảm hứng mạnh mẽ.
Giai đoạn 1 khép lại để mở ra một chặng mới sâu sắc hơn, thiết thực hơn. Những kết nối không chỉ dừng lại ở chuyên môn mà còn ở sự thấu hiểu và đồng hành chân thành.

Hoạt động nằm trong khuôn khổ tiểu dự án “Thúc đẩy kinh doanh và lãnh đạo cho doanh nhân nữ tại Lào Cai và Sơn La” (WEL), do Dự án GREAT hỗ trợ, được thực hiện bởi Hội Liên hiệp Phụ nữ tỉnh Lào Cai và Sơn La, DNXH GreenU và Công ty IChange Centre.
The three keywords “moving – effective – impressive” were perhaps the ones most often heard throughout the one-on-one mentoring and accompaniment journey between the mentors and the women entrepreneurs in Lào Cai and Sơn La – part of the sub-project “Promoting Business and Leadership for Women Entrepreneurs”.
From the first, still hesitant meetings to the profound, candid and sincere working sessions, each conversation became a small but firm step forward on the journey of developing the business and leadership capacities of the highland women entrepreneurs.
The recent closing session was a deeply emotional moment:
– Real stories were retold.
– Lessons were drawn together.
– And many exclamations of “oh!” rang out – as the change became clear and powerfully inspiring.
Phase 1 comes to a close to open a new, deeper and more practical chapter. These connections are not limited to professional expertise but extend to genuine understanding and sincere companionship.
We would like to extend our thanks to:
✨ The mentors – those who shared their knowledge with dedication and listened with deep empathy.
✨ The women entrepreneurs – those who never stop learning, who courageously embrace change and dare to step out of their own comfort zones.
